This is an ideal trip for those wishing to experience theEverest regions spectacular landscape without going toaltitude extremes and whilst maintaining home comforts. Our trek is a perfect introduction to the Everest Khumbu area, perhaps the most famous region in the entire Himalaya.

They are at a standard far better than anything else available in the area. The trail between lodges takes youthrough beautiful Nepalese Himalayan villages with spectacular views of the Everest region. This trekis a moderate walk, designed for the first time trekker, which follows some of the classic Everest base camp trek before heading to the quieter Thame valley.
Day 01 ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Your wonderful journey starts from your flight to Kathmandu. You will be greeted by our team at the Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival in Kathmandu and be escorted to a standard hotel. You can have rest before a welcome dinner at a traditional Nepalese Restaurant.
Day 02 KATHMANDU - LUKLA - PHAKDING 3-4 hours trek (Trekking times only)
An early morning flight will get you to Lukla, and after final preparations, the trekking will start. From Lukla passing the Chaurikharka village, you will make a downward slope towards the Dudhkosi Ghat. Following the trail to the bank of the Dudhkosi River you will reach Phakding. You'll stay overnight at a hotel.
Day 03 PHAKDING - NAMCHE BAZAR 5-6 hours
From Phakding, you will cross the river over a long suspension bridge. You will pass through a beautiful pine forest that will lead you along the river to Hilary's Suspension Bridge. If the weather is clear, you'll have the first view of Mount Everest. Following the trial you'll climb to the gateway of Mt. Everest, Namche Bazaar.
Day 04 NAMCHE BAZAR Rest day
Namche is an ideal place to spend a day to acclimatize the altitude before heading ahead. You can visit Khunde Hospital built by Sir Edmund Hillary, or hike to Thame or relax and explore Namche. It is the main trading village in Khumbu and has a busy Saturday markets.
Day 05 NAMCHE BAZAAR - KHUMJUNG
4 hours The trip will start with a climb to the Shyangboche airstrip. Above the airstrip you can walk to the Everest View Hotel from where you can have a sunset view of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. The night will be spent at Khumjung.
Day 06 KHUMJUNG - TENGBOCHE 4-5 hours
Following the trial, you will descend to Dudhkoshi (3250 m). Passing several villages, making a steep climb, you will reach to Tengboche. This place is famous for monastery, the largest in Khumbu with a spectacular view of Ama Dablam, Mt. Everest and other peaks.
Day 07 TENGBOCHE - DINGBOCHE 5-6 hours
A slight descent through a flourishing forest and a steady climb will reach you to the valleys highest year round settlement of Pangboche. Continuing the trial through the alpine meadows and yak herds, you will reach Dingboche.
Day 08 DINGBOCHE Rest Day
At Dingboche you will spend the next acclimatization day. You can either go on a side-trip from Dingboche up the valley to Chhukung or Nagarjun Hill for exciting sights or rest.
Day 9 DINGBOCHE - DULGHA 3-4 hours
You will climb to Duglha for an overnight stay to complete acclimatization. You can have magnificent views of Tawachee and Cholatse
Day 10 DULGHA - LOBUCHE 2-4 hours
Continuing the trial with Tawachee and Cholatse on left, you will ascend to the Khumbu Glacier. The trial will take you through the memorial area, built as memorials to the many Sherpas who have died while climbing Mt Everest into the village of Lobuche.
Day 11 LOBUCHE - GORAK SHEP - EVEREST BASE CAMP - GORAK SHEP 5-6 hours
Climbing up to Gorak Shep, through rocky and glacial trials you will finally reach to the Everest Base Camp, gathering place of climbers summitting Everest. You will return to Gorak Shep for overnight stay.
Day 12 GORAK SHEP - KALA PATTAR - LUBUCHE 6-7 hours
Early morning you will be taken to a dark climb up to the Kala Pattar. At this famous viewing point of Kala Pattar, you can have the best views of Mt. Everest, Pumori and Ama Dablam without climbing. The trek will then continue after breakfast to Lubuche where you will stay overnight.
Day 13 LOBUCHE - PANGBOCHE 5-6 hours
Retracing the trek, the trek ends at Pangboche. A small village with one of the oldest monastery, Pangboche lies on the bank of Imja Khola.
Day 14 PANGBOCHE - NAMCHE BAZAAR 5-6 hours
Following the river, you will climb back up through the Rhododendron forest to Tengboche. Mani Rimdu festival is held here during the full moon of November- December. You will stay overnight at Namche.
Day 15 NAMCHE BAZAAR - PHAKDING 5-6 hours
Steeply descending to the Hillary Suspension Bridge, the trial will be easier and continue to Phakding where you will stay overnight.
Day 16PHAKDING - LUKLA3-4 hours
The trial will lead you back to Lukla. You can relax and celebrate the completion of your trek.
Day 17 LUKLA - KATHMANDU
You will fly back to Kathmandu in an early morning flight. You are free to spend rest of the day as you like- to shop or explore any sights missed. You will have a celebration dinner together in the evening.
Day 18 DEPARTURE TO YOUR DESTINATION
You can exchange emails with your friends and organize all your photos before our team will take you to the airport for final departure.
